The first autistic friendly web extension
A web extension is a small software module that adds features and functions to a browser. Etisalat, the biggest telco in the UAE, introduced the first-of-its-kind autistic-friendly web extension: it allows for a global redesign of the web experience by reshaping and simplifying how information is presented on websites. It’s a research-driven project of collaborative inclusive design created with psychologists and experts, and tested in the autistic population in the UAE.
